Goddess Yoga is in session again! Alysia will be leading another beautiful Goddess Yoga class on December 19th at The Claremont Forum! More info to come! Healing Journeys are now here! A wonderful way to receive answers and meet Ascended Masters! Visit the Healing Journeys page to learn more! Alysia also has added some personal stories of her work with the Ascended Masters. She will be adding more masters often! Alysia just finished up her very
first Goddess Yoga class. Celebrating Samhain / Halloween / Day of the
Dead. The event was a big success! Alysia led her students through 2
meditations, introducing them to the Goddesses Demeter and Persephone.
And also centered the spirit and the body with a very gentle yoga
series. Students were encouraged to bring pictures of loved ones who
haves passed on and food to celebrate their lives. She looks forward to
teaching the next class!
